These are the five packages inside The AI Tour de Force Method™, set out individually rather than as the three Service Pillars that group them.
The five packages
Produces a documented current state, the AI opportunities worth pursuing, the risk attached to each, and a prioritized order of work. It also produces the roadmap that carries it: the implementation plan sequenced into phases, security and risk considerations surfaced rather than deferred, and leadership aligned on the order before anything is built.
Produces the future-state operating model in writing: workflows, handoffs, named owners, human decision points, and the system and integration requirements that follow from them.
Produces the conditions implementation depends on, settled and documented: data collection and cleaning, ownership and access, governance roles, controls, and the technical requirements the implementation team is engaged against.

Scope and sequence
Implement is where change becomes visible, which is why it is the instinct. It is also the phase that spends decisions made in the three before it. Skipping ahead does not remove the assessment. It relocates it into the middle of a build, where it costs more and settles less.
Package 01 assumes nothing and depends on nothing. Every package after it consumes what the one before produced.
Two organizations asking for the same package can carry very different amounts of work inside it, and the difference is not visible from outside. Diagnose Before Prescribing applies to the engagement itself, not only to the technology inside it. Scope, duration, and price are set once the requirement is defined.
A current-state analysis your team or another partner completed is a valid starting position. NexGen reviews it, says plainly what it covers and what it leaves open, and picks up at the first package the evidence supports. What does not happen is building on a picture nobody has read.
Supporting a prime narrows the package to one requirement with the role and boundary agreed before anything starts. Nothing about the method changes at that scale. What changes is how much of the operation is in scope.
