TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms you are reading under. Plainly stated.
What this site is, what it is not, and what governs an engagement once one begins.
Effective date: September 1, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By using NexGenAIvolution.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
These terms apply to everyone who visits the site, whether or not you ever contact us.
2. Who we are
NexGen AIvolution is a trade name of Diversified Ambiguity LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in Alabama as a foreign entity. In these terms, "NexGen AIvolution," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Diversified Ambiguity LLC.
Diversified Ambiguity LLC is the contracting entity. Any agreement you enter into is with Diversified Ambiguity LLC, whatever trade name appears on the material that brought you here.
3. What this site is
This site describes what NexGen AIvolution does and how an engagement is structured. It is marketing material and general information.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a proposal, a quote, a bid, or a commitment to perform work. No page on this site creates a contract for services. Booking a call does not create one either.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, cybersecurity certification, or compliance advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind.
4. Services
NexGen AIvolution provides AI modernization and implementation services to prime contractors, subcontractors, and organizations entering or operating in the federal market. Work is engaged as scoped packages: readiness assessment, workflow and systems design, data readiness and governance coordination, implementation management, and continuous optimization.
Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, delivery boundary, and fees. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins for the engagement it covers.
Where an engagement involves work performed by an enterprise-level implementation team under our management, that arrangement, its role, and its boundary are set out in the engagement agreement before work starts.
5. What we do not represent
This section exists because we work in the federal market and precision matters here.
Nothing on this site, in any document downloaded from it, or in any conversation arising from it is a representation of:
- Federal past performance, or performance for any federal agency
- A prime contract award, a subcontract award, or any contract vehicle access
- An agency relationship, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement
- Participation in a mentor-protégé arrangement or a joint venture
- Any certification, accreditation, or socioeconomic status other than those expressly stated by name
Where a status is described as in progress or in pursuit, it is exactly that and is not represented as held.
Socioeconomic representations we do make are the ones registered in SAM.gov against our UEI and CAGE code, and they are verifiable there.
We are not a C3PAO and we issue no certification of any kind.
6. No guarantee of results
We provide analysis, judgment, and managed implementation. We do not guarantee outcomes, contract awards, revenue, cost savings, schedule performance, audit results, or compliance determinations.
Results depend on your operation, your data, your people, your decisions, and conditions outside anyone's control.
We do not publish case studies, client testimonials, or performance claims. Where a figure or an example appears in our material, it describes method or scope, not a promised result.
7. Do not send controlled or sensitive information through this site
This website and its scheduling tool are not authorized channels for controlled unclassified information, federal contract information, proprietary technical data, export-controlled data, source selection information, or any procurement-sensitive material.
Do not include any of it in a booking note, an email, or any other message sent through this site. If a conversation needs to cover that material, we agree a suitable channel and the terms that govern it in writing first.
Anything sent to us before such an agreement exists is handled as ordinary business correspondence, and sending it does not create a confidentiality obligation beyond section 8.
8. Confidentiality
Information a client shares during an engagement is treated under the confidentiality terms of that engagement's written agreement.
Information sent through this site before an engagement exists is handled under our Privacy Policy. We will not publish it or pass it to a third party for marketing, but sending an unsolicited message does not by itself create a confidentiality obligation, and section 7 explains why that matters.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, diagrams, The AI Tour de Force Method™, and the frameworks and processes described here, is the intellectual property of Diversified Ambiguity LLC or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may read it, print it, and share a link to it. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Where you quote it, keep the attribution and any proprietary notices.
The capability statement PDF may be downloaded, forwarded, and circulated inside your organization in full and unaltered. It is published to be shared.
Ownership of deliverables created during an engagement is set by that engagement's written agreement.
10. Third-party links and tools
This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling tool and our company page on LinkedIn. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking to them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Availability
We do not warrant that this site will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors or harmful components. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diversified Ambiguity LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this site, including lost revenue, lost contracts, lost bids, lost data, or business interruption, even where we have been advised that such damages are possible.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site, where no engagement agreement exists between us, is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
Where an engagement agreement exists, the limitation of liability in that agreement governs claims arising from the engagement, and it replaces this section for those claims.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Fees
Fees for an engagement are set out in that engagement's written agreement or statement of work. Payment terms, invoicing, and refund terms live there and are agreed before work starts.
No price appears on this site, and nothing here is a quote.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to venue there.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in force.
