ACCESSIBILITY
We tested this site. Here is what we found.
What we build to, what was audited, what has been fixed, what has not, and how to tell us about a problem.
Effective date: September 1, 2026
1. Our position
NexGen AIvolution is a trade name of Diversified Ambiguity LLC. We build this site to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act references WCAG 2.0 Level AA, which 2.2 encompasses.
We are not an accessibility auditor and we do not claim certified conformance. What we can tell you is what we tested, what the testing found, what has been corrected, and what has not. That is what this page is for.
2. What we tested, and how
On August 28, 2026 we ran an automated audit of the entire public site using axe-core 4.13 driven through headless Chrome with a standard browser user agent.
Coverage: all eight public pages, at six viewport widths: 375, 767, 768, 1023, 1024, and 1440 pixels. Both sides of every layout breakpoint, plus the two widths either side of the navigation breakpoint on the homepage.
Also tested: the capability statement document embedded on its own page, scanned separately as a standalone document at four widths. And the downloadable PDF, examined for document structure.
Alongside the automated audit we checked language declarations, heading order on every page, image alternative text, keyboard tab order, and focus indicators measured under real keyboard focus rather than at rest.
3. What the audit found, and what we did
Four issues were found across the site.
No main landmark. Corrected. No page identified its primary content region, so a screen reader's "skip to main content" command had nothing to jump to and a keyboard user tabbed through the entire header before reaching content. Every page now has a main landmark, and the skip link lands inside it. This single change resolved the largest category of findings.
Six diagrams with no description. Corrected. Six illustrations on the homepage were announced to a screen reader as images with no name. Each now carries a description of what it depicts and what it demonstrates.
No current page indicator in navigation. Corrected. Sighted visitors could see which page they were on. Screen reader users could not. The active navigation item is now announced as the current page.
Contrast shortfalls on small text. Partly corrected. Nine coloured labels fell short of the minimum. Four have been fixed, including a footer element that appeared on every page. Five remain, and they are listed in section 4.
4. Known issues, not yet resolved
We would rather list these than leave you to find them.
Five small text elements fall short of the contrast minimum. Coloured labels at 14 to 15 pixels, on three pages, measuring between 4.02 and 4.34 against a required 4.5. All five belong to the same set of phase indicators. These are labels rather than body copy, and what they identify is also carried by position, shape and adjacent text that meets the standard.
One element inside the embedded capability statement. A phase number measuring 4.34. The same content is in the downloadable PDF and described in the page around it.
One focus indicator falls short. The Fit Call button focuses with a light outline on a gold background, measuring 2.69 against a required 3.0. The outline is clearly visible; it is the contrast measurement that falls short. Every other focus indicator on the site measures 6.12 and passes.
The downloadable PDF is not tagged. The capability statement PDF has no document structure, so a screen reader receives its text without headings, reading order, or column boundaries. Its text is extractable and it is not an image. The same content is on the Capability Statement page in accessible HTML, and we recommend that page over the download for anyone using assistive technology.
We are working on all four. We have not committed to a date and we will not publish one we cannot meet.
5. What is already in place
Colour is never the only way information is conveyed. Focus indicators are visible on every interactive element. Text respects operating system settings for reduced motion. All images carry alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers. Heading order is correct on every page with no skipped levels. Every page declares its language. Nothing on the site auto-plays, flashes, or moves without a way to stop it.
6. Limits of this statement
Automated testing catches a portion of accessibility barriers, not all of them. Our audit has not included testing with real screen readers, testing with people who use assistive technology, voice control testing, or a formal manual audit against every WCAG 2.2 success criterion.
We have not commissioned a third-party accessibility audit and we do not hold a VPAT or an ACR.
If you need a conformance report for a procurement requirement, write to us and tell us what the requirement is. We will tell you plainly what we can and cannot provide.
7. Third-party services
Scheduling runs through Calendly, which we do not control and whose accessibility we cannot warrant. If Calendly presents a barrier, email or telephone us instead and we will arrange the call directly. Both are listed below.
8. Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know.
Email contact@NexGenAIvolution.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. If you use assistive technology, naming it helps us reproduce the problem.
We will acknowledge your message within five business days and tell you what we intend to do about it and when. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer another way to get the information or complete the task.
If you need something on this site in a different format, ask. We will provide it.
9. Changes to this statement
We update this page when the site changes or when new testing is done. The effective date at the top changes with it. The known issues in section 4 are removed as they are resolved, not left in place.
