What this site collects. Which is almost nothing.

1. Who we are

NexGen AIvolution is a trade name of Diversified Ambiguity LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company registered in Alabama as a foreign entity. In this policy, "NexGen AIvolution," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Diversified Ambiguity LLC.

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit NexGenAIvolution.com, book a call with us, or contact us by email.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the scheduling tool linked from it.

It does not cover a consulting engagement. Once an engagement begins, information handling is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over this policy for anything covered by it.

3. What this site collects

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you requested, the page that referred you, and the date and time. These logs exist to operate and secure the site.

Nothing else, automatically. This website has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account creation, no comment system, and no shopping cart. There is no field on this site for you to type anything into.

Information you choose to send us. If you email us, or book a call, or send information through any other channel, we receive whatever you choose to include.

4. What this site does not do

We want this stated plainly rather than buried.

• We do not run analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heat mapping, and no session recording.
• We do not run advertising, retargeting, or profiling of any kind.
• We do not operate a mailing list and we do not send marketing email.
• We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. Not for any price.
• We do not collect payment information on this site. There is no checkout.
• We do not require registration to read anything, and nothing on this site is gated behind a form.

If any of this changes, this policy is updated before the change goes live, and the effective date at the top changes with it.

5. Scheduling a call

The Fit Call is booked through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, your email address, the time you selected, and anything you type into the booking form. That information reaches us, and it is also held by Calendly under its own privacy policy, which governs what Calendly does with it.

We use it to hold the call and to follow up about the subject you raised. Nothing else.

Calendly is the only third-party service on this site that receives information you deliberately provide.

6. Fonts and content delivery

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google receives your IP address and standard request headers as part of serving them. We do not send Google anything about you beyond what your browser sends to fetch a font, and we receive nothing back.

This site is served through a content delivery network operated by our hosting provider. It processes requests to deliver pages quickly and may hold cached copies of public pages.

7. Downloads

The capability statement is a static PDF. Downloading it requires no form, no email address, and no registration. We are not told who downloaded it. The request appears in the server logs described in section 3, the same as any other page request.

8. Cookies

This site does not set cookies for advertising, tracking, analytics, or profiling.

Cookies may be set for strictly functional reasons by the platform the site runs on or by the content delivery network, for example to manage caching or to keep an administrator signed in. These do not identify ordinary visitors and are not used to build a profile of you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from reading anything on this site.

9. How we use what we have

We use the information described above only to:

• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• Respond to a message you sent us
• Hold a call you booked and follow up about it
• Meet a legal obligation where one applies

We do not use it for anything else, and we do not combine it with information from other sources to build a profile.

10. How long we keep it

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.

Email and booking records are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation they belong to and for ordinary business records, then deleted.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in our possession. No website, email system, or scheduling tool is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that a transmission over the internet is safe from interception.

Section 12 explains what this means for what you should and should not send us.

12. Do not send controlled or sensitive information through this site

This website and its scheduling tool are not authorized channels for controlled unclassified information, federal contract information, proprietary technical data, export-controlled data, source selection information, or any procurement-sensitive material.

Do not include any of it in a booking note, an email, or any other message sent through the paths described in this policy. If a conversation needs to cover that material, we agree a suitable channel and the terms that govern it in writing first.

Anything you send us before that agreement exists is handled as ordinary business correspondence, because that is what the channel is built for.

13. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Given how little this site collects, in most cases what we hold is an email exchange or a booking record. Write to contact@NexGenAIvolution.com and we will tell you what we have and act on your request.

We do not send marketing email, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

14. Children

This site and our services are directed to businesses, not to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, write to contact@NexGenAIvolution.com and we will delete it.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, the effective date at the top changes. Where a change means we start collecting something we did not collect before, the policy is updated before that collection begins, not afterward.
